Information you send us
If you send an enquiry using our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected enquiry topic and the message you submit. We use this information to respond to your request and conduct related business correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.
How long enquiries are kept
Enquiries are delivered to info@mediators.com.pk and retained in the company email inbox as business correspondence. We do not automatically delete these messages after a fixed period. You may contact us to request review, correction or deletion of information you provided, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
How the website handles submissions
The website’s custom contact form sends the submitted information by email; it does not separately save a permanent enquiry record in the WordPress database. It uses a hidden anti-spam field and a temporary rate limit to reduce automated abuse. Technical data may also be processed by our hosting and email providers.
Cookies, analytics and connected services
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising-tracking services on this website. WordPress may use cookies for authorized administrators, and the connected Jetpack service and hosting providers may process technical information needed for site functionality, security and administration. If tracking services are introduced, this notice will be updated as appropriate.
Security and service providers
Website hosting, email delivery and site administration involve technical service providers. These systems may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, and may retain operational logs according to their own service policies. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people responsible for handling it and the necessary service providers.
